Controversy of new zoning for Highlands/Sloans Lake

This morning Denver City counsel voted to change the Highlands/Sloan’s lake area from R2 to an R1 zoning which would not allow multi family units to be built in these areas. When buying an REO/foreclosure property, patience is the keyword. My team lists a lot of bank-owned property in the Boulder/Denver area. We have had a lot of problems with buyers being impatient and wanting to walk away from the deal , because things are not happening in a “timely fashion”.

Educating Sellers in a Down Market
