Getting connected with today’s home buyer, generation X and Y, seems like a challenge. It is. But considering the tools available to you, it also has never been so easy. The old ways of open houses, cold calling and sending postcards seems obsolete. You may ask, “How do you establish the trust, that face to face relationships are best at, via the web?” Go to one of the sites and see for yourself. The users give you access to their lives through their profile, which consists of: pictures. self descriptions, school and job histories, stories, their friends, and their friends’ friends, and the list goes on and on. We need to socialize ourselves, not in the traditional way, but rather the virtual way. Anyone interested in staying connected with the web will need an ever changing early-adopter attitude. Imagine you are in your apartment and get the urge to take your dog for a jog. Only problem is that you live in a metropolis.
