For Sale by Owner – Buyers Beware

Does it really pay to sell your home without representation? In the future, I will be hesistant to show properties that are not represented by an agent, it’s just too much brain damage and it’s not in the Buyer’s best interest. FSBO Sellers don’t know the laws and they do not have anyone to consult with.
