See How Relocating Buyers Use a Real Estate Agent – Not in a Good Way
How many times have we spent days and sometimes weekends with buyers only to find out they have no intention of using us as their real estate agent. This is so infuriating! These type of buyers have no clue about loyalty and think that our time is worth nothing.
Recently, I spent my whole weekend with buyers relocating from the east coast, showing them Boulder Real Estate and the area, giving them a good sampling of the Boulder Real Estate market. Since February, I faithfully continued to monitor new listings that came up that met their criteria, keeping in touch and at times even previewing some homes that I felt were perfect for them.
